The GeneralAire® Model 4200 Evaporative Humidifier delivers 17 gallons per day humidity with today’s new lower plenum temperatures associated with high-efficiency furnaces. The new model delivers maximum output via a low-profile cover that pushes air through the Vapor Pad® at its warmest point (almost like “ram” injection), a reduced Vapor Pad® frame for greater exposure, a stainless-steel water distribution tube for hot water service, and thicker Vapor Pad® that holds more water.
